Void Records Releases Their Ibiza 2015 Album
Void Records is a record label ran by Swedish phenom Simon Widman, most notably known as the man and power behind the iron giant Wayne & Woods. Void Records is simply a home for good music of all genres, not just for current trends in the EDM world. Wayne & Woods kicked off the stellar imprint with the very first release titled, ”Lambarai” and ever since have had chart climbing releases. With its eyes set on the future, Void Records looks to take on the greatest talents and become the trendsetter throughout the music world.
Just recently, they have released their Ibiza 2015 album and it couldn’t be any more perfect. The 19-track Series features artists from all over the world along with offering much of the talent and diversity they have had the pleasure of working with throughout the labels existence. Featuring many new releases as well as previous chart topping releases are expected on Ibiza 2015. Artists such as Wayne & Woods, Fred Issue, Phunk Investigation, Masons Rave, Danny Ray, Flatdisk and Digital Militia make appearances on Ibiza 2015 as well as other familiar talents can be expected in the 19-track studio production.

The Album features a new wave of electronic music that isn’t fit to just one style of dance music, but many. I was highly impressed by what Void put together here. They didn’t just stick to what every other label has and WILL be putting out. They offered a variety of new sounds that are catchy, uplifting, groovy and most importantly, authentic. You can expect to hear some of Void’s previous releases such as “Push Back” by Phunk Investigation, “Bachtor” by Masons Rave, Fred Issue & Digital Militia, “Lambarai” by Wayne & Woods, “Alba” by Flatdisk, Danny Ray & Xaver, “Medusa” by Axel Bless & Maxon, and “Jam With Me” by Moed. Out of all the new records featured on the album some of the ones that stood out to me due to the diversity and authenticity are “Monsoon” by Arlo, “Platinum” by Gui Pires X Chris Lies & Rude Nick, “FIVEIGHT” by Black Elixir, “Gotham” by Anero, Pablo Henrique & Rovak along with many others.
From a production standpoint, the whole album is simply sublime. In an era where everything is simply regurgitated presets and tired formulas rule the air waves, Void records stands out and sets themselves apart with the talent they have provided throughout this album and succeeds in the deceptively difficult charge of carving out an uncommon sound.
